Our Cottage Apartments
Stepping Stones has four self catering cottage apartments. Each one is fully self contained with their own front door onto the grounds and offering a good deal of privacy. The interiors have their own special atmosphere and design which the owners have developed according to their individual features.

PLEASE NOTE that access to Garden, Mallards and Stablemans Cottages is up steps at the side of the house to the garden that some guests may consider steep depending on their age/mobility. These properties are therefore not suitable for guests who struggle with mobility.
Pet Friendly
With walks in abundance the Lake District is a wonderful place to spend time with your pet. At Stepping Stones we offer three of our cottage apartments as dog friendly. Garden Cottage and Riverbank Cottage are for a couple and Mallards Cottage accommodates two to four guests. All 3 of these cottages welcome a well behaved dog.
