The most spacious & private accommodation with flexibility for 1 or 2 couples (2 bath/shower rooms) or a family/group up to a maximum of 5 guests (3 bedrooms).    Children from 6 years old.    Sorry no pets.

Stableman's combines original character features with modern appliances and tastefully designed furnishings making it a homely and relaxing place for guests to enjoy their special time in the Lakes.

Up steps and along a garden path, you reach the private area of Stableman's entrance and patio.  Enter into a delightful open plan kitchen / dining area which is fully equipped.  Two steps lead up to the lounge providing a lovely comfortable place to unwind.  From the lounge, one step accesses a hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms, all with wonderful fell views from their velux windows.  On one side of the hallway is the double bedroom with en-suite shower and on the other side are the king and single bedrooms and bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Non smoking accommodation for up to 5 guests; 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bath/Shower Rooms : 1 King Bedroom, 1 single bedroom with shared Bathroom and 1 Double Bedroom with Ensuite shower room; Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer; TV/DVD, Music System, Wifi; Private Patio with Outdoor Furniture plus Shared Garden; 2 Parking Spaces; Gas Central Heating; Bedlinen and towels provided.

PLEASE NOTE : Guests who struggle with mobility may find the steps to reach Stablemans (Mallards & Garden) Cottages too steep; There is some height restriction in the bedrooms/bathroom due to eaves but rooms are spacious; Broadband is the standard Openreach network - speed may be slower than some guests are used to - this is beyond our control & we cannot be held responsible for any disruption
